So my Sony Vaiio laptop did so well, I've had it over a year. That's amazing for me but eventually something went wrong as it always does. The DC charger socket is loose (which is very very annoying as I have to twist and turn the charger to get it to charge) and for some reason my disc drive will only play CDs and not DVDs so I'm gonna take it into the Sunderland computer repair shop this morning. I dunno how long the computer shop will keep it for, probably a few days to check it over and then depending on how much money they want to fix it they'll keep it longer to work on it. *sigh* so yeah I'll be gone for a while. Great. Just when I'm supposed to be getting stuck into my uni dissertation and everything. Convienient laptop, really convienient!  |

my lappy now over 3years old (supposedly retired with no teeth) 8-)which still works as fantastically as the first day - i got on rental, it was the only way i could get one! I bought 5 years warantee with it which has been awesome becuse when it gets fixd it cost me nothing! And most of the time they reboot the whole thing and save all my stuff. i ended up paying about $3000 NZD (make that 5 seashells in any other money  ) but it has been sooo worth it. The same thing with the power cord just started happeing to me too so i took it in. |
