Hey everyone, im an 18 year old guy who found this great show in the past year. I saw the movie which I enjoyed then I was curious about the show. Watched season 1 really liked it then bought the full set of seasons. I loved seasons 1-4 and enjoyed 5. But why did Dean and Kati only be around for like 2 episodes? I think I would of enjoyed them as the new cast working with Judy and Doug and Fueller. Also Season 5 didn`t give us an ending. It seems like they thought there was gonna be a 6th season. I wish they had kept the show going for a couple more seasons and gave us some kind of ending. Hope some of you can answer my question and feel free to share your thoughts. Stephen J Cannell had a poor track history with season 5 on all his shows. He never actually got to do a planned ending for any of them, as they were all cancelled before that point. Declining ratings had much to do with it. I think in the case of 21 Jump Street the loss of Hanson, Ioki, Penhall and Booker had a lot to do with the downward spiral the show took. I'm unsure as to why Dean and Kati weren't around long, perhaps audiences never took to them? I grew to like Mac but he was very much just a poor man's substitute for Hanson. the quality of episodes and stories still seemed on-par with the previous seasons, sad to see we never really got to find out what happened to everybody, unless you wanna use the movie and then Penhall and Hanson are dead and Hoffs is still a cop. Stinks we couldn`t have one more season to kind of close it out and finish the story. Also do you have the song from America what a town?

I think most of Season 5 storylines were rehashing earlier seasons. Do you mean the "You stole my world" song? I ripped that from the DVD as an audio file so it has the sound effects/dialogue from the episode in there too. I can upload it for you if you want though.
