What Season is your least favourite and why?
Mine is Season 4- although there are some great eps like
'Old hants in a new age' and 'Stand by your man' and some other great eps nearer the end you can tell by johnnys performace that he really doesn't want to be there and i think thats why this is my least favourite season.

Season 5, although not as bad as I first envisioned, it's still pretty dull compared to the seasons prior mainly due to the original cast departing in droves.

Season 5!!!!! Some episodes were good but others weren't. Doug is gone.. Harry is gone.. Tom is gone! They recycled some episodes from past seasons. The one good thing was that Joey and Mac were there.  I love them! The show jumped the shark in season 5 with the episode of wasted. And the episodes of Tunnel of love and back to school should be burned. I refuse to watch those episodes. I am so glad that Kati Rocky only lasted 1 season! |

The only thing that bothered me was Mac using Tom's car!!!!  and they used Mac in Tom's car in the credits! And oops! I edited my message while you replied to me hahaha.. |

i have not seen season 5, i proberly going to buy it although i dont think i would watch it much as i dont like change and like you've said the original cast members are not in it!
when does Doug leave?
i knew harry and tom went but i did't know doug leaves too??

Lol yeah I hate the editing of the Mustang clips. Totally screws with the sentimental value of the car. Doug leaves about seven episodes into season 5. I never bought season 5 I was given it as a birthday present for my 19th lol. Wow almost 3 years ago now! |

I agree -- it still ticks me off -- to this day -- when I see Mac in the opening credits driving the Mustang. . .did TPTB really think we were so stupid and wouldn't notice Hanson was gone? Twenty years later and I'm still I would say season 5 is my least favorite but I haven't seen enough of it to make that call, so in fairness I think I might have to say season 1 -- it was good but it wasn't, for me, as good as seasons 2,3 & 4. . .I don't know why, some of it just seemed more goofy, less polished. . .I mean, I can watch it and enjoy it for the most part, it's just not my favorite season (after 5). . . |

There's only a few episodes I've re-watched in season 5, I like Mac, altho he was clearly brought in a a Hanson sub, also like the Penhall brothers episodes "brothers" and "This ain't no summer camp"
season 5 is weak in comparison to the previous seasons!!!

I'd have to say season 4, just for its lack of consistency. I like some of the episodes on there a lot, but in general it was a letdown. I really don't mind season 5, aside from the stupid usage of props and lack of explanation for the missing characters. I guess TV was different back then, because now if you were to make either of these seasons you'd get laughed off the network. Not to say they're not good, but the attention to detail is severely lacking.
